Greetings,
hope someone can shine a light on this one for me. I've just purchased and installed Retromod 106 v1.0.3 and installed both content packs. So when I launch the vst in Waveform Pro (11) or Reaper 6.15 the vst loads albeit with a really strange font in the gui. It plays fine and I can see all the presets but I can't read certain parts of the text in the gui. I've installed it only on my windows 10 (20H2) laptop for now. Attaching a pic for your perusal, hopefully someone can shine a light please. All my other vst's plugins load fine without any weirdness.
Thanks in advance,
John.

OK so just a quick reply here I had a look at my windows fonts and noticed a font named Brassiere Alternates which looked remarkably like the font in my gui. So I made a quick backup of the font and removed/deleted it from my windows 10 fonts folder. Closed and opened the daw and added Retromod 106 back in, bingo ! no more weird font. I don't know if the font is a windows system font or where it came from or why Retromod was using it but its sorted now. This will probably never happen again, who knows, hopefully not : )

Thanks. I'm having a similar problem with font and graphics. https://photos.app.goo.gl/k9cNhzhD3qUDxmn79 I'll try your suggestion

A quick Google search reveals Brassiere Alternates on a number of free font sites.
It may be that the plugin was designed to use that font, in which case might you have had a corrupted version of it from somewhere?
If you want to diagnose further I would suggest downloading a fresh copy and seeing if the plugin tries to use it and if so if the problem recurs.

I figured it out. I deleted the "MICR Encoding Regular" font from my font folder and now RetroMod works as designed. Whew.

As long as you're not using RetroMod 106 to print checks, you should be all set.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.
