Saving U-he Diva preset, saves the previous and not the current one

I am using Ableton Live 10 an u-he Diva

1 When I load an AudioUnit Diva instance and
2 select a random preset and
3 save the preset as "AU 1 PresetName1.aupreset" (in order to remember order)
4 repeat this process (step 2 and 3) with naming
- AU 2 PresetName2.aupreset
- AU 3 PresetName3.aupreset
5 close instance
6 double click "PresetName1"
7 I can see that "default"-preset is loaded (which was never saved)
8 when loading "PresetName3" I see "PresetName2" is loaded
9 when loading "PresetName2" I see "PresetName1" is loaded

BUT when I do process 1-9 with an VST3 instance:
- Everything is working as expected...

What could cause that Issue?

What I've done so far:
- Downloaded latest available version. (Rev9709)

Good find.
It seems like there is an issue between the plugin and Live when using Live's preset save feature.
It does save the correct preset, but it uses the name of the previously loaded preset.

We'll see if we can fix this in the next round of updates.
