Hi everyone,

as you might have noticed, NI started a Christmas sale with our NKS-ready products today.

Due to the extraordinary high demand stemming from the NI sale, our servers are currently at the limit of their capacity. If you experience slow download speeds, or you are not receiving your redeemed licenses, please be patient and try again in a few hours.

Please bear in mind that sending out license emails might also be affected, thus responding slower than usual.

Well, today (18.12.2020) i bought Diva and after 3 hours I still waiting for email. I hope tomorrow I'll get it.

BTW. Many companies do not rely on email sending codes, but provides button "reveal your license / serial" online after authorization. This way people do not must wait for email that may end in spam folder etc. (it's not my case, I have all spam filters disabled).

Yep, still waiting for my Repro email with the serial number about 5 hours after I registered it.

I'm sure of it. Our server must have been overwhelmed. I tried to look at it last night but couldn't even reach any server admin tools from home.

Admin tells me, all requests have been processed by now, so I guess it was just the initial hit.

We used to have something like that. It required personal data to be stored on a web server as well as web based key generators, making the web server a target for permanent attacks. Our brand had become too popular but at the same time too small to employ a 24/7 cyber security team.

Hence, we decided to store nothing on the web server except for a minimum of temporary data which exists only for a short amount of time - until another machine picks it up, deletes it and deals with it in a location that's rather safe from such attacks.

This also means that the server has to do less work than one with active content. Hence we're even more surprised that it got that busy last night.

Purchased via N.I. , entered auth. code , redirected to u-he's site but no dark zebra link ?

There is none available publicly (hopefully for obvious reasons). Like all soundsets, you request via the My Licenses on the top right hand side of their website. (just to the left of the Cart):

Do you need the native instruments, instruments for this sale? Or is it stand-alone plugins?

Also, I already have Diva. Will it take it account in the price?

It's standalone plugins. And AFAIK it doesn't take into account any plugins from the bundle you already own.

I hope Urs takes some of that sale money and buys a yacht, one of those deals with a helicopter landing pad so he can get food delivered, sails it somewhere warm in the middle of the Mediterranean, and just codes until Z3 is complete.
