Sampler / drum machine limitations in Bitwig 16-track

Hello,

I am looking at buying Bitwig 16-track to "get back" into DAWs after a loong time away.
I was considering its limitations as per the comparison page.

One thing, that really caught my attention was this:

Sampler: Yes (multisample editor not available)

What exactly does this "multisample editor not available" mean?

Will it allow me to load a soundfont into Sampler, that has multiple velocity layers? Like, when there are different samples per "hit" of a drumkit depending on velocity (must be quite common). Does this limitation affect drum machine in any way?
