Key ranger events

Hello
I am trying to build in M8 a keyboard split using a patch point and keyranger. This is so I can have a different synth on each side of my keyboard (like a performance mode of some sort).
It seems there is a note on/off even still going through the keyranger even outside the speficied range. This is causing unwanted clicks.
I think when I did it in M7 there was no note on/off that would go though and it worked perfectly.
I am also wondering if it would be possible to create an formal keyboard split module eventually I am sure it would be most welcome.
Thanks

To make splits use the "Note Key / Vel Filter" module, not the "Note Key Ranger" module.
Does that solve the issue?
NB: For detailed info on these modules see www.mutools.com/info/M8/docs/mux/mutools-modules.html

Thanks this works as it is supposed using the note key/vel filter.
Is there a way to simplify the key splitting operation (i.e defining the split point)?
Right now I have 2x note key/vel filter in parallel for each section (left/right) and need to adjust the filter module ranges on both sides
I tried bringing just the uppper/lower increment values from the filter modules into a front panel but it doesn't seem possible.
I also tried mapping the values into meta parameter and also not possible.
Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

I understand your questions. Currently i don't see a quicker way. It needs a specific module, something like the multi-sample editor but instead of playing samples then the key zones can be routed to 1 of several event outputs of that module from where you can connect several instruments.

Thanks I found a creative solution which is totally fine.
I have a mux in the modular background that can load presets (for example C3 split, C2 split etc...)
I can change preset if I want to change the split.
Then in MUX each there are 2x event output then connected to 2x racks in the front with the synths.
To play I bring modular with the mouse to the front into a track to play midi and record.
Thanks

That's a nice creative solution
The key zone splitter i talked about was on the wishlist anyway. And sometimes there is a right moment for things, so in the next update you'll find a new module "Note Zone Mapper" which can easily realize keyboard splits & layers.
