I am LOST!!!

I am having a huge issue getting MSoundFactory Player! The 1st time I downloaded it, there were no sounds! I have installed it & uninstalled it & it still does not work! Now, I can't even get it to show up on my plug-in list for my DAW (Studio One 5 Professional). I would try the 15 day trial BUT, I can't seem to find that either! I'm at my wits end & feeling really dumb!!! Is there ANYONE that might be able to help me figure this out???

Please contact our support and make sure you specify everything you can, including screenshots of the installer / MSF / actual folders.
