Hi everyone,
we are on the home stretch, the Hive 2.1 update is soon to be released.
As always, we are posting the release candidate here, so you can get your hands on it (and the new presets it includes) a few days early.
Update: RC2 11037 fixes a crash when using the "remove modulation" feature.
Downloads (updated to 11037):
Hive 2.1 RC2 11037 Mac
Hive 2.1 RC2 11037 Win
Hive 2.1 RC2 11037 Linux
Some more bugs have been smashed, some more details improved, and the Izmo skin got a few more refinements as well.
Also included are 100 fresh presets, many of them impressively demonstrating the new features.
Let us know if you find any last minute showstoppers, else the planned release will be some time next week.

It's both explained in the excellent manual on page thirteen.
The author is first set when you save a preset.
You can then also drag presets onto the author smart folder to add the author to multiple presets at once.
You create a new bank by dragging presets onto the main Bank Name smart folder.
Then you can enter a name for the bank.
Afterwards you can drag presets onto the existing bank to add the bank name to those.

This is pretty minor, but I mentioned it in the prior thread and it's still in the RC version. The "Assign Recent" shows repeat entries. I believe it makes more sense to show the last few recent unique parameters touched since there's no value in having repeats here.
Not worthy of holding up a release, but something worth fixing at some point.

Manual has not been updated? cannot find the info about how to create a new bank ? when i try to do that "create new" greyed out.
EDIT:
nevermind it seems dragging presets will let you to create a new one
Another question, where is wavetable location on MAC OS? cant find in the manual and i dont have mac now.

It's already noted, but not very high on the priority list right now.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 3:47 pm This is pretty minor, but I mentioned it in the prior thread and it's still in the RC version. The "Assign Recent" shows repeat entries.

To access the correct manual, click on the u-he logo in the plugin, and choose User Guide. You can even create your own custom banks: Drag & drop one or more presets onto the ‘Bank’ folder then enter a suitable bank name into the dialogue box.
