Waveform does not display Hebrew characters

Waveform does not display characters in Hebrew, and probably other languages besides English.
Waveform probably do not support Unicode characters, is that true?
I have files and folders with names in Hebrew, for example "אבג" and when you open them in Waveform you can not see the file name
You can create a new project with the name "אבג" but you can not see the name.

Anyone have a solution? I have an up-to-date OEM version.
