Where is the import placement point??

I've been having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to import something to a particular place. If I place the purple cursor somewhere, or the red cursors, the imported clip will still end up going somewhere else. I finally realized that you have to click on the track # to get it to go to that track in particular, but it still doesn't go where I want it to go within that track.

I find that it imports close to the cursor, but usually not right at the cursor.

The more you zoom in, the higher the probability that it will import at the exact cursor location.

perhaps it should be specific: Import at cursor... ?

Strange I just tried it 7 times and it imported exactly at the cursor position.

Then I went to the import button and sure enough, it imported just a little after the cursor.

Now I've tested it again and it works fine both ways, with snapping on or off.
