How to get the installers for The Tiger Pro and Serenity Pro?

I have purchased The Tiger Pro, Serenity Pro and AvatarST Pro in the past but lost the installers. I can still read email on the account from where I purchased these.

AvatarST went free, but The Tiger Pro and Serenity Pro are still missing.

I have made this track with vocals from Serenity in 2014:

The installers are not in there. Only presets.

IMO they are there in shortforms like NFG-TTP for The Tiger Pro or NFG-SP for Serenity Pro and so on.
All the NFG-xxx are pro versions.

Thank you Shabdahbriah, myself is no musician also but build instruments using Reaktor 6.
Guenter's instruments are a great inspiration to build more if I understood what is under the hood.
