Hi,
I just bought Omnisphere 2 (Box version) and it had the USB Installer on it. Supposed to just plug it and and follow instructions but it doesn't get recognised by the mac. I have a 2018 Macbook Pro with Big Sur 11.2.3. Tried using a third party NFTS mounting application but it says the USB is NTFS and needs a Windows PC to run!
Anyone else had similar issues? Appreciate your support.

My didn't work as well (even I am running windows). Write to the support, they will send you a download link where you can download the files. Might take 2-3 days.
