I really like having a description field for an Edit and I use it a lot, but I find it awkward. I can see the Edit or I can see the description field but I can't see both at the same time. Writing a description for something not visible can be a challenge. I like to include some information on which plugins are included in an Edit. So I will make two feature requests.
1. Add the ability to edit the Edit description from within the Edit.
and/or
2. Give us some meta-data in the projects view. There's all kinds of information in those Edit files, things like the Waveform version, BPM*, duration(?), plugins...
* Most songs probably only have one BPM. Songs with more than one can display the initial BPM and note that it changes.

This would be very helpful, especially the metadata. I dislike having to open large projects just because I forgot the BPM or key. I've started writing these things in the project/edit title, but it'd still be nice to have that be automatic.
