Alt+Scroll to zoom in the Pianoroll, but Shift+scroll to zoom in the arrangement view?

Hi,
Among many other inconsistencies/bugs (where do i report them btw?), one that really gets to me is the different assignment of keys/mouse, for virtually the same action just in different parts of the DAW.

Alt+Scroll zooms horizontaly in the Pianoroll, but to do the same in the arrangment view you use Shift+scroll ?

This one drive me nuts, and i see no logic in that, any way this could be fixed?
