I'm wondering if MAutoPitch can be used as a manual pitch shifter with the auto correction disabled (think alterboy) but capable of larger intervals (an octave or more). I don't see a way to do that so I suspect the answer is no.
If that's the case, which is the best Melda unit for that purpose? MTransformer is on sale at the moment and I see that it has that capability. Do they all use the same pitch shifting algorithm or is there one that's best suited for monophonic vocal pitch shifting?
Can MAutoPitch do pitch-shifting beyond 100 cents?

Nothing in MAutoPitch, though you can specify the set of notes, so you can hack it for a constant tone. But anyways for creative stuff MTransformer is best, but take a look at MUnison and MHarmonizerMB as well.
