When I use the various transforms in the oscillator module, they generally keep the level the same, so a few minor phase issues aside, if my oscillator is outputting peaks of -12dB, no matter how much I tweak the PWM smooth or Bend transforms, for instance, I will still get an output with peaks very close to -12dB.
I often want to add a second transform, though. While I don't see a way of adding a second transform panel to the oscillator module, I do see there is an "oscillator shaper" module which doesn't appear to create it's own oscillator, but rather reshape a previous one in the chain and it has it's own transform panel where I can select a second option.
Doing so, though, produces much different results with, for instance, peak values that can go up and down dramatically, and the overall sound is changed dramatically by the chosen shape. Is there some generic shape or other setting that allows the rest of the "oscillator shaper" module to be disregarded so it's transform option acts just like a second one in the main oscillator panel would without otherwise altering the sound or causing level issue?

To use the OscillatorShaper well, its input should reach 0dBFS and the output level should be controlled afterwards. (output gain in it? does it have one? don't remember
)
