Repro 1 Setting LFO Accurately Without Clock Speed

So you can set LFO and clock speed as separate modulation sources.

If I have the LFO speed independent of Clock Speed, is there a formula or numerical value that i can use to accurately set the former if I want it at a different but precise tempo to the clock? For example, LFO at quarter notes while Clock is at sixteenths?
