I'm trying to use ReaLearn to control Zebra. For most parts, it works very well, but I couldn't find a way to learn "OSC 1: SpectraFX1 Type". It just doesn't appear in the list of parameters ReaLearn lists in the category "By position". Is there anything special about that parameter?

Looking at the automation parameters list via the parameters panel in Plogue Bidule, looks like this is one of the Zebra parameters that can be midi-controlled directly but not via host automation. So the only way to control it would be via a controller directly linked to Zebra, and you would not get midi feedback.
I think there's a way to do this in Realearn 2, but it's not the normal assignment workflow. I would ask (helgoboss) in the Reaper forum topic on Realearn - he's very responsive.
