In this video I hope to show you can easy way to change time signatures in MDrummer. Using this you can switch between 4/4, 5/4, 12/8, etc. I know MDrummer can be a bit confusing at times, but hopefully this video will make things a bit easier.

Nicely presented Chandler-san (as usual).
Although it worked the way that you predicted, I found it a bit confusing that you changed the time signature in the Edit tab for the 3rd pattern but did not change it for the 2nd pattern. What gives? Is it necessary or not?
Thanks for clearing the mud from my eyes!

Thanks. The reason I changed it in the 3rd pattern is because it was 7/4. The 2nd pattern was 7/8. For 7/8 it is easier to just use a 4/4 measure and just cut off the last 1/8 note. For 7/4 you might want to change things up a bit instead of using 2 bars of 4/4 and cutting off a beat. Also "?/4" beats are easy in MDrummer, but "?/8" beats are more complicated to do so I used this short cut. If you really want to program the whole 7/8 bar you can use the method I showed in the previous video.werzel wrote: Sat Jun 05, 2021 7:18 pm Nicely presented Chandler-san (as usual).

It isn't necessary, but it can save you time.
