Hello !

any Bitwig 2 support can help me ? tonite I was doing music with Bitwig Studio 2 then suddenly i had a message (this^... like computer ID invalid I think) & when i login to activate it says "no account login/pw exists with that information", :-(

but i can login on Bitwig.com account page & see my authorized PCs, removed this but can't autorize again.

- any help ?

- do i have to update to latest version ?

- old version out-of-date ? (got no subscription until Bitwig 2)

WOW, this happened to all Bitwig 2 users as well?
This sounds like a major server failure.

It looks like this is happening regardless of Bitwig version if its going way back to V2 (as there are V3 and V4 Beta users who have confirmed). I would recommend emailing support at support@bitwig.com so they understand the severity of the issue and address it with some urgency. This is a huge problem the likes of which i've never seen in any DAW. I'm just lucky I wasn't actually working on anything and just testing, but I fear for many others they weren't so lucky.

i was working on a Rock~alt track, just bought Amplitube SLASH -75%.....

Same issue for Bitwig Studio 3.2.8. Also, the demo mode doesn't work.

Just turn off the internet before starting and working on BW for now.
I guess it’s too late if you got screwed already.

Same here, I tried to run offline with a file from the website, but I received a message that the activation format changed.
