RBass is just a low frequency saturator.
Try MSaturationMB. Use two bands, crossover around 80hz, bypass the upper band, tweak the low band to taste.
I did create an RBass clone and sent it to vojtech but I don't recall if they did anything with it.

Would love to see that. Do you have a video or a demonstration of your clone?vectorwarrior wrote: Tue Jun 22, 2021 7:15 am RBass is just a low frequency saturator.

MBassador is great but, unlike RBass, I think it uses some sort of re-synthesis to thicken the signalMrs_Midi wrote: Mon Jun 21, 2021 10:58 pm Does anyone know if Melda has something similar? I was looking at MBassador, but that seems to be more of a sub-content pusher. Or am I wrong?

MBassador can be used to add extra bass or just saturation like RBass. If you don't want the sub, just add the saturation and turn off the sub.

Somthing is happening in RBass too, apart from saturation. You can boost a bass range and the phase is changing too. Unfortunately, no one says a word about what exactly happens there, but somehow more happens there than e.g. at MaxxBass. But Bassador is superb fot this. You can choose between the resynthed bass and the original or mix, everthing with ease.
