I've got a few instruments I've been putting together mainly in MXXX1 using the drum multisampler, and would like in some cases to thicken them up by using 2 multisamplers panned hard L and R triggering the same multisample set.
Obviously, this "thickening" would collapse if the L and R multisamplers triggered the same sample. I thought I remembered reading something in one of the manuals about having some control over the starting seed or something similar, but not finding it now and wondering if I've confused a feature from some other instrument.
Is there a way to do this?
L/R doubling of drum multisampler: Is there a way to guarantee different samples used on L vs R

You need to trigger the hits separately like triggering pads on an Ekit or controller.
You could use different note #'s to trigger left and right hits independently.
Good luck,
Dirk

Well, I'm not sure why you want that, but the solution could be to delay one just a little bit, just a precaution if the same sample would be triggered.
