The documentation does not appear to detail what the spectral module in MTurboReverb actually is. What does it do besides turn the output into a collection of sines? Does that open up the door for unique processing on the user end, or am I missing something? Does it pave the way for interesting developments on the development side, in the future? What does it do?
Also since I’m here
-ER dampening please! (even ERs can become affected by air/reflection freq attenuation in a large enough space)
- a few more custom parameters in the algo designer please
- better yet would be a full parametric EQ inside the feedback path (location option for existing EQ)
- In MTurboComp, pre-saturation (saturation location option?) with dynamics preservation, and a serial crossover mode.
Thanks!
Spectral Reverb Module = ?

Please don't double post - you already sent an email
.
As for spectral module - I'm afraid that's a secret
. Just listen and see if you like it.

Oh, yeah, this thread... I probably shoulda edited out the feature requests once you responded to my email, and thanks by the way. Can’t believe I didn’t notice the left saturator was input
So basically everything but ER dampening (using the ER editor itself) was actually already doable:
- Followers could act as dynamics preservation for pre-saturation in MTComp
- and part of the reason I was asking about filters in the feedback chain of MTReverb was so i could turn it into FabFilter Timeless but MXXX(core) literally has a feedback module
I knew I should have bought it when it went on 50% off, but that was before I knew what I know now

So using it is pretty simple then - you either like and use or not, no further manipulation necessary (besides the parameters the manual mentions). Thanks for the replies!MeldaProduction wrote: Fri Jul 09, 2021 1:16 pm As for spectral module - I'm afraid that's a secret. Just listen and see if you like it.
