I am on Ableton 10 and i am trying the program change on the repro-1
I follow what the manual says:
add my presets in the "Midi Programs", rename them with a number at the beginning and nothing happens when i try to send a program change.
Am i doing something wrong?

Did you add the patch by drag&dropping into MIDI Programs folder? If yes, you need to remove then reload Repro-1, as MIDI Programs cache is rebuilt only when instantiating the plugin.

Depending on the host you might have to quit and restart the host, as not all hosts completely unload the plugin when you remove it from a track.
But in your case, the explanation is quite simple, you are using the VST3 version of Repro.
Ableton did not implement support for VST3 MIDI program changes, so in Live this only works with the VST2 or the AU version.
