How to set up mmultianalyzer afterfader inside Reaper or mxxx

Hi folks,

if I’m using mmultianalyzer inside the chain as last plugin in Reaper it always works prefader, but how to set it up afterfader? In my opinion it doesn’t make much sense prefader, cause I’m not always like to eq to avoid collisions.
Hoping for a better solution then using a gain plugin in the chain before mmultianalyzer.

People have been asking for post-fader inserts in REAPER for a long time. Another workaround would be a post-fader send to another track and putting the analyzer there.

Thanks for reply. I’ve thought about it, but that would mean a double number of tracks. The project would be really complex.

Maybe put all analyzer on the same track on different channels? The first on 1,2, the second on 3,4 etc.

Edit: You could also hide the additional tracks in the track manager since you don't have to touch MMultiAnalyzer anymore after the initial setups.

Is there a possibility of pre and after after effects in mxxx?

Of course, it all depends where you place the MMultiAnalyzer instances


And post-fader FX in Reaper is something that many users want / need

In that case I do not understand what you are asking. Do you mean different chains within MXXX?

I have to try it, should be working after thinking about it for the second time.
I would use mxxx on all channels and the mmultianalyzer as the last plugin in every instance of mxxx, correct?

'fraid not, those instances of MXXX are still before the fader on the Reaper tracks
