No.
If you have unencrypted .wav files you could load those and build your own MSF instruments. You could not legally redistribute them, NI would come after you.

These are libraries I own or will be purchasing from the PastToFuture folks. I have a number of their IR files and a few of their kontakt libraries which run for 15min before a reboot...total PIA.../s~
