Ample Sound

Hello,
I am using Ample Guitar L with Sibelius. I don't use a keyboard. I tap the notes into the score. Unfortunately the notes always sound as harmonics. I re-installed the plug-in but in vain What can I do ?

Thanks for your inquiry.

Please try to type a C0 at the begin of MIDI, it is a keyswtich that trigger the sustain articulation.

For anyone who is using our products in Sibelius, we would recommend to choose sound set "General MIDI" to avoid this type problems.
