Yes of course. The drumreplacer simply add's other samples. The enhancer enahnces the existing sound source.
It's a kind of autofollowing noise with a convolution reverb for the timbre. But you can use the noise solely, great for a nice top end for cymbals and snare (for instance).
Drum enhancer is nice to add more body and fulness, and no problems with detecting notes. You can make the sound even better, but it's not for replacing the source completly.

Exactly! They work completely different. It depends on what you need at each time.
