Macro for Midi Editing

Hi there,
I am beginning to make some macros, but i could not find one important action or shortcut:
I want to delete midi notes in a specific area (for example above or below a certain pitch or an area tbd) and use this as a part of my macro.....Is an action like this in Waveform?
