Is the HP and LP linear or phase or min phase, or what are they?

I'm pretty sure they're whatever normal filters are; not linear phase for sure since I believe that would introduce latency.

The LP and HP filters do not have a crossover. Therefore, it makes no sense to talk about the presence or absence of phase linearity.
