Question regarding automating parameters

Hi,

I am trying to setup an remote control map in Hive, using my Novation Nova II. The hardware has a lot of controls, but also reuses a lot of controls for multiple purposes. For example, there are env 1-3 switches, and only one set of ADSR sliders. Now I would love to use the env 1-3 switches to switch the controlling of amp env and mod envs... Since the ADSR sliders seem to send always the same midi ccs, some switching logic inside the synth would be required. Something like a simple sequence:

If midi ccA == val1, then midi ccB mapped to control1, etc

Is that possible with Hive itself? And if not, are there tools for that, or can DAWs do this job? What about Bitwig and Studio One?

In Reaper, there is ReaLearn which can do this. I used it once to map 8 encoders and 16 buttons to most of the controls of repro 5. But it is a tedious process
