Yes Kushiew Element is free if you compile it yourself. Or 2 bucks to for download access to the compiled version for 7 days.

I already own DDMF Metaplugin. I see posts from last year complaining that it is not stable, but it has been stable for what I have used it for so far, I haven't run into this at all myself. Are there any advantages to Element over Metaplugin that I am not aware of? $2 is a cheap ask (I, um, I don't know how to compile things pals).

Cakewalk, actually (is free and offers oversampling option per plugin for playback and/or rendering)

More DAWs should do this.

As well as 64-bit floating point rendering.
