Can't sign into MeldaProductions account

Hi Vojtech - I'm sure you guys are busy with the Black Friday discounts. I'm unable to signin or successfully perform a forgot password on one of my accounts that contains most of my Melda licenses. I don't receive the reset password so I assume the account was locked. I've responded to Luke's email but I wanted to contact you over here in case I look like a thief. I've already bought one plugin license that I already had under a new account and would rather not do that anymore. Is there a way to prove my identity and get in to my old account? I'm really jazzed about the transient/tonal stuff and would like to put it to use...Thank you!

EDIT: Thanks very much Melda - my licenses are being merged from my 2 accounts as we speak!!!
