Good Day,
I am a newbie at this so please excuse my questions. I have a laptop 2.8 Pent 4, 1 gig ram 80 GB 7200 internal and external storage disks. I use Tracktion software which has up until now functioned just as I expected. Pefect. Now the question: I have a Lexicon Omega unit and I cannot seem to adjust the latencey(?) between what is already recorded and anything new that is input from the Lexicon. The remaining tracks are all wave files imported but now on disk from a DAW. Any suggestions? Theses are audio filesnot midi. I run with an asio driver, as the WDM(?) do not work. Please direct me from here or to another place other than hell. ha.

if anyone cares, the cure to the latency problem and the auto-detect in traction is not following directions. one has to physically connect an input to an output via 1/4 inch cable and then run test. turns out to be about 90ms. thanks hope this helps anyone else.

90 ms? That's a hell of a lot. I'm running 5 ms on my poorly Audiophile here with zero drop out, time adjust is set at 0.18 ms and that's going trough a mixer.
