What all to be done to send MIDI clock from Waveform to an external MIDI device?
I have an MPK261 that allows Internal or External clock. When set to Internal, it's arpeggiator works well, but of course isn't synchronized with Waveform's clock/tempo.
Set to External, and the arpeggiator silences the MIDI completely, presumably waiting on inbound timecode. Setting both on the MIDI device(s) in Waveform SEEMS not to still send any timecode; although not sure if it's another MIDI setting in Waveform, or the (default) MIDI driver installed via the MPK261.
Is MIDI timecode channel-specific, or is it a general non-channel-specific part of the MIDI protocol?

As *almost* always, it's in there, one just has to find it.
I had figured something like timecode sync might have been under general or advanced settings, but it was right on the front page settings for SYNC. Specify to send timing messages to an external device, and then use the dropdown to specify the MIDI device. Presumably it's an edit-specific setting; rather than a systemwide setting.
