Hello and good evening,
I just recognized a strange behavier using the Flanger plugin as a Pad Effect in MuDrum (Mulab 8.7.6) on my computer:
When I add the flanger plugin to slot 1 it doesn't work properly: the sound changes, but the "interferences" are not audible.
But whe I move the flanger (either: drag and drop, or add) to slot 2 or 3 the flanger bevhaves normal.
I have tested this on existing projects and on newly created ones and on differend pads.
Has anybody else the same "problem" or is it only me?
Thanks and best regards,
Thomas

Yep just checked, its the same for me, other effects seem ok.
Sounds like LFO is being reset every hit, not allowed to cycle.

That's because the LFO in that Flanger preset is connected to the event input, and so each time it receives an event the LFO is retriggered. I've changed that preset so the LFO is unconnected and thus free running which is more relevant in this case. The updated preset will be in the next complete M9 zip package.
Note that the first plugin slot of the mudrum sampler element and the first plugin slot of the mudrum pad do receive the events that come into that pad so that they can be used for special effects eg gating or triggering.
