So I thought this couldn't be done, but...

If you are not in sync mode, and "all loops same length" is off, once you have the main loop marked you can begin to record on the next track - the recording will begin at the next loop of the main track. BUT: it will stop recording and create a loop point whenever you hit "Next," whether or not this is a multiple of the main track. If you click "Record" or "Mark End" to stop recording any other track after the main one, it will indeed wait until the next checkpoint to create a loop. But if you click "Next," it immediately jumps to the next track, and creates the loop pint for the previous track at whatever point you clicked "Next."

Other settings I have "On" for this - I am not sure if any of these are significant: Auto overdub, Immediate record, Immediate overdub, Immediate track switch (I bet this one is significant!), Immediate clear (probably not needed), Prev/next cycle (also probably not needed).

Yay! Totally independent loops in one instance of MSuperLooper!

OK, still checking, it does seem to work, sort of...not quite sure yet...
