I've noticed that when switching to the WYSIWYG Editor mode when using quite a few characters, the text disappears and the body of text is lost for good.
A long post could be lost unless saved before switching to this mode which is easier to add links to URLS and pictures, etc.

I think this is related to errors when parsing smileys. I've tried to (sort of) fix it. Some smileys will appear and others won't but it should now not crash / lock-up / lose text.
