Mulab on Ubuntu Linux

Hi - sorry for another question but was just wondering does anyone use Mulab on Ubuntu or another linux distro with wine and if so how well does it work in terms of performance compared to native Windows?

From what i understood Wine does a pretty good job and adds almost no extra cpu.
