A bunch of videos came out on Friday, so it was probably scheduled for Friday. Last minute bugs maybe...

I've been using v12 for a couple hours now, and it's definitely growing on me. The browser is a definite improvement for me.
But the feature I'm really digging at the moment is the MIDI note names editor. I use a lot of plugins that have specific keys mapped to certain functions, and this is making that so much easier. It's not hard to create custom files to use, either, for plugins that don't export this information.
Basically, draw in the note in the MIDI editor and you see the name of the note function displayed on the note itself. Move the note up or down on the grid, and you can see it change in real time to its new function.
If you use any plugin with reserved notes (for example, a violin emulation may have trigger keys for arco, pizzicato, tremolo, etc.), this will save you a lot of time.

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Upgrade from V11 99$, no upgrade from older versions, it seems...

It used to be the case that an upgrade from any older version was the same reduced price. More recently there was a change, with the price from the latest version less than the price from older versions. I expect the devs will either get round to setting a price for upgrades from older versions, or be asked to do so. Releases of new versions seem to be rather frantic, so things get overlooked.jens wrote: Tue Mar 22, 2022 12:03 pm Upgrade from V11 99$, no upgrade from older versions, it seems...

[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

But 99$ would already yield no bite from me personally - I didn't update the last two versions because since 10 the upgrade price had become significantly steeper than before and it just wasn't attractive enough for me. Now with V12 I'd have been willing to bite, but they upped the price again. (99 from the last version - that's Steinberg-expensive
