Locked out AGAIN

Just installed waveform and once again for the 4th time in 12 months I've been locked out of MY account because I've got my INTERNAL password incorrect BUT IT'S NOT INCORRECT but it never ever accepts my password inside the software UNLESS I reset the CORRECT password

Why on earth would I RISK parting with money when you lock me out of my own account on the FREE version ?
. I've complained 3 times but no one is listening so hey it's too convoluted.

I spent $2000 on music software as Christmas so it's all in good faith but I've no faith in waveform
