MSuperLooper is not capturing audio

I see nothing coming thru on levels of the channels when the plugin is inserted into a track in Reaper. I've clicked the activation and it says it was successful. I'm on V 14.16

If the MSL meter shows no input, for whatever reason, you don't have signal going into it.
Either put it directly on the track you want to loop, or set it up as a send effect and route what you want to loop in MSL.
I use it in Reaper all the time without issue.
