I purchased Vacuum Pro in 2014 and have sent two different technical support requests to InMusicBrands to obtain my licensing information and a key to unlock the software on Ableton Live 11 running on Windows 10. I'm not getting responses to my technical support inquiries. I have all my documentation including order number, email receipt and the like. Who do I need to contact to get this working again?
