MSF Separate Up / Down Pitch Bend

Not sure if has been suggested before but can we set different ranges for the up portion and down portion of the pitch wheel? For example up can be +2 semitones but down can go down to -7 semitones. Allows the user to have different bends depending on direction. Synthesizers like Serum and Zebra have this feature.

There's a curve in Advanced settings, so you can technically do anything to tranform the controller.
