Is it just me or is the MIDI mapping in MSL (and Melda products in general, I suppose) pretty deep and complex but seems to miss the simpler stuff?
I'm just looking to be able to have one MIDI message essentially change the state of the looper dependent on the state it's in i.e., empty loop > record > overdub > play > overdub > play etc. (when Auto overdub is enabled). Is this possible somehow?
MSuperLooper: single-button MIDI control?

That seems like the job for the Record button (hence a MIDI CC mapped to that).

Thanks. I realize I wasn't clear or detailed enough with my query though.MeldaProduction wrote: ↑Wed May 04, 2022 9:31 am That seems like the job for the Record button (hence a MIDI CC mapped to that).
Mapping Record gets part of the way, but toggling it doesn't always seem to work as expected, Mark End seems to be necessary to get the Auto-overdub to work (ending the loop with Record goes to Play not Overdub), and then there's getting stop/play working with the same button (and clear loop too ideally e.g., hold to clear).
