Decent Sampler crashes in Waveform 8

Hey Folks,

Decent Sampler keeps going mute. Can only solve it by deleting it from the track and reloading it. Whenever I open the edit it's mute, and if I abort a recording it goes mute, as well as at other seemingly random times. But more worryingly, I can't render a track containing it.

Any suggestions?

There is a recent thread here in the forums regarding 'Decent Sampler'. The most recent build seemed to fix a lot of issues, users were reporting, so hopefully your issue might already be fixed ?
Are you updated to version 1.4.17 ?

Just noticed that I was on version 1.4.14 , I upgraded to version 1.4.17 and now it crashes Waveform-12 on load. It however runs ok on Reaper.

Thanks for the input. I have just upgraded to the latest version of Decent but the problem persists. However, this time I also installed the VST 2 (I was just using VST 3 before) and there's no problem with the VST 2. So problem solved! Avoid the VST 3.

DS is such a great resource especially for those on a low budget and therefore maybe using Waveform Free. Would be great to get the two working together as best as possible.
