What happens if you save that project in the state seen on the picture you posted and then reopen the project? Still those same unexpected hyper-small racks? If yes then please zip + email that project to
Also this: If you still have that original project open then please do MuLab menu -> Tools -> Keep Log and also email me the MuLab log file for that session which is in the MuLab/User/LogFiles sub-folder.
Please also describe what actions you have been taking on these racks just before this issue started to happen?

I opened the project up one morning and it was just like this. E-mail sent.
