Virtual inputs and outputs?

I am using Waveform on Linux with JACK. If I remember correctly, both Ardour and Bitwig (I have neither right now) allow the creation of virtual inputs and outputs that could be used with JACK. Is that possible in Waveform?

I would like to send one track/instrument to Guitarix and the other to Rakarrack then receive the audio back.

I don't quite understand the inputs and outputs in Waveform. I see 4 inputs, 1 is "capture," 2 and 3 are "monitor" and 4 is empty. What is 4? And what is output 3? Where is it in Waveform? It seems to be mono. I would like stereo.

Waveform has limited JACK support. It exposes the number of ports that JACK "device" has.
