I am trying to simulate a traditional Drum Kit setup using programmed drum samples.
Any suggestions on how to achieve the ‘Room Mic bus’ and ‘Overheads bus’ using Melda plug-ins?

Try using a small room reverb. You might want to EQ the reverb as well to simulate the sound you'd get. Make sure to adjust the volumes of the various drums going into the reverb to match what you'd get from a real room and pan them into the correct positions.

So you don't have any rooms/overheads, but you want to make some?? Realistically that's impossible, but you can probably get somewhat close using MTurboReverb on each. But it will take a hell of a time to set this up to make it sound at least a little realistic.

Definitely not easy haha but getting closer. Got a few MP plugs chained together on 2 busses in parallel.
