I'm told to enter my email address which I do but no instruction email is ever sent. Yes I have checked my span folder.

I don't even see a "Contact Us" address.

Can anyone from Air Music comment? Is anyone from Air Music here?

I've got an older long form reg code for Akai VIP but I can no longer access the Akai site or the Air site, can't register the old reg code since it's looking for a new format.

It’s possible your purchase was on our old partner store so you may not have a new account.

Hi, I'm unable to log into my InMusic account despite having the correct email and password on both of my computers. I find this a bit strange as i am logged in on my other computer with the exact same email and password and it's all good there.
I have tried to reset my password numerous times, but after receiving an email to change the password, it always seems to timeout before any authorisation on the new password is accepted despite doing all the changes and confirming my new updated password details as quickly as possible! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated ... Thanks!
