So I loaded a sampler in the sampler module of MSF and it was automatically mapped to the full velocity range, which is fine.
But how can I play the sample at always the same volume regardless of the velocity played?
How to ignore velocity in the sampler?

Maybe look at Globals, Show advanced settings, Velocity Shape, Range.
Set the range to 0.00db
The rational here is that the sampler is a source and, even though velocity can be used to select which sample is played, it's the amplitude envelope's job to control the patch's volume response to velocity.

Thanks. Yeah that makes sense.cousin_itt wrote: Fri Jul 22, 2022 1:33 pm Maybe look at Globals, Show advanced settings, Velocity Shape, Range.
